We ship UPS Ground from Atlanta, GA. larger items may ship directly from the factory and smaller items usually ship from our warehouse.
Shipping If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method. For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 7 days before shipping, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
